Women must not limit their aspirations

I have been working at IIM Udaipur as an administrative officer for the past 7 years. I joined this institution when I was just 22 and am the youngest female administrative officer of all the IIM’s and IIT’s in India. I am born and brought up in Udaipur and have done my chartered accountancy which I cleared in first attempt in 2012. Out of the only 4 permanent officers at IIMU, I am the only female permanent employee. The exam to attain this position was as tough as an UPSC exam. In the past, I have been honoured by college of veterinary near dabok. I was also honoured with one among the four women diva’s this year – I am she awardee. Dainik bhaskar invited me as one of the judges for the women’s award 2018 conducted by them. As an Udaipurite and as an IIM officer, I have helped many women of Udaipur and have helped many budding enterprenuers to learn, ideate and build their startups into a successful business through two programs: 1.Incubation centre 2. Women’s development program. #SheIsUdaipur #WomenAchievers
