She is the founder of Vishalakshi welfare society and has a doctorate degree in environmental geography. She started her career as a lecturer at a college in Bhilwara and later went on to become the principal at Sunrise College of Education, Udaipur. She also practices art of living and conducts various yoga courses to enlighten and transforms people’s lives.
With over 20 years of experience in education and pharmaceutical industries, she manages and is a director and chairperson of three large pharmaceutical companies’ – Mednext Biotech Limited, Mednext Pharma and Alice Pharma Private Limited. Under her guidance, the three pharmaceutical companies have transformed from being an Indian-driven generic medicine companies to branded, multinational organization that focuses on marketing new molecules.
